It's His game.
They're His dice.
And He'll shake the cup
and roll and re-roll the dice
how and whenever He wants.
And that’s the point.
You who exalt yourselves
so tall,
Enter into a rock
or hide in the dust
When God almighty
goes to shake the earth.
Good luck.
Instead,
Cast away now
your idols of
silver and gold.
Sever yourselves
from those who
worship the ground
they walk.
Bow no longer
to those with
many a horse
and chariot.
Remember,
it's His game.
They’re His cards.
And He'll shuffle the deck
and deal them to the players
how and whenever He wants.
And that’s the point.
For what account is he
who merely plays the game?
