Saying God has deceived
Is more than a pointed tip
poking
His chest.
A sword such as this, you
see
reaches
all the way to His heart.
But God will not, like a
weak king
cry foul
and run and hide.
He will let lions loose from
their lairs.
He will wake whales from
their waters.
He will burst the bonds
of all bears.
And the teeth of all His
beasts
will feast on your dark heart.
Yay, but He is first a God
of mercy,
If only you will admit your
evil part.
