| | When the snake's head tells
its tail to shake when it should
remain still,
 When the tail shakes without
word
From the tongue of the talking
head,
When the head lies to its
loyal tail, or
 When the tail denies the
head even
 has a say,
The Lord will cut off both
 head and tail,
 and the snake
 will slither
 no more,
 And yet the Lord's hand
 remains stretched out,
 As His anger waits, perchance
 for an encore.
