Consider the tea bag.
Some dip it in water hot
up and down,
Just enough to color
a kind of brown.
Others let it sit
to absorb
All it has to give,
black and strong.
When we dip our lives
in Christ,
There is a dyeing
a color sacrifice,
But when we abide
there is a death.
Tea fully steeped
you can't go wrong.
Consider the Christ. |
