That we are part
of God's mighty works,
Is a gift, a blessing,
a gesture of loving regard.
There is no we about it.
That God has us
make water pour from a rock,
Is Him choosing
to do His works through us.
There is no we about it.
That God tells us
to feed many with enough for one,
Is Him choosing
to use His power in us.
There is no we about it.
That we think at all
we are central to God's story,
Is us choosing
to see ourselves like Him.
There is no we about it.
He alone deserves all glory,
honor and praise.
