He comes to us by ship
to the shores of the City of Sin
to the crumbling tombs of time
to loose the shackles of the ghosts therein.

He walks amongst us on foot
his long robe train flowing not far behind
calling lost souls to grab hold
promising freedom from the daily grind.

Then He takes us by the hand
and says to no longer be afraid
as the chains of sin shatter
he leads us back in long promenade.
