Yesterday
I couldn't sit still,
Afraid of the ghosts
Chasing my dreams
And stabbing my heart
In the dark
When I did.

Today
Jesus shows me
Where I can sit
And be still
Not afraid;
So I think I'll
Sit for a spell.
