Like grain in a sieve
I will sift My own,
Says the Lord God,
Yet not the least of these
Will be abandoned
To the ground.
Still, the chaff
Will see
The threshing floor.
There will be a day
When the edible
Will rise
And drip
With olive oil
On the tables
In My children's homes.
