The ruler of this world
says:
Pay no mind to the hands
Behind the curtain of what
you
See,
Feel,
Smell,
Taste, and
Hear.
No creator there.
Whose hands then hold up
so high
the sun, the moon, and the stars
for all the world to see?
Whose hands then started
the fire,
the enduring warmth of the sun,
for all the world to feel?
Whose hands then grow the
flowers
leaving a pleasing aroma in the air,
for all the world to smell?
Whose hands then planted
the trees
that made fruit appealing to the eye,
for all the world to taste?
Whose hands then made the
sounds
of birds warbling songs so sweet
for all the world to hear?
The Creator of the universe
says:
Hands aside, listen not
to lies.
I created you, and all you
See,
Feel,
Smell,
Taste, and
Hear.
I indeed AM here.
