If God takes the rod from
your hand
and casts it to the ground as a snake,
Will you reach out and take
it by the tail,
trusting it won't coil back and bite?
If God takes your perfectly
healthy hand
and on your heart turns it deadly white,
Will you then so entrust
it back to Him,
trusting it will come back alright?
And if you don't, will you
then understand
when God takes water from the river
And to blood it turns when
poured on land
...your judgement is at hand?
