The so swollen stream of
God's Grace
runs right by the bank wherever
you stand.
It's yours for more than
mere dipping
in the abundance of all
the power He has.
He wants so much more than
a toe or two.
He wants your ankles, your
knees,
your waist, your chest,
your shoulders,
and your head completely
submerged too.
Once you've waded in, grab
the brass ring
of salvation, but don't
stop right there.
God's Grace is everything
you'll need
for life, and that for nothing
but godliness.
Through Grace your heart
will change.
Through Grace your mind
will transform.
Through Grace your soul
will be renewed.
Through Grace your life
will be only God's.
Swept away in its swift
current of
love
wet from head to toe
and through and through,
God's Grace saves us,
God's Grace justifies us,
God's Grace sanctifies us,
And His Grace empowers us
for nothing
but in His service
all the way to kingdom come.
In the Grace of God
is a life like no other,
and
just like a cool river on
a hot day
it's always there for you
to take a swim.
